Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS

We offer our patrons a warranty against manufacturing defects* for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase for all HKSLEATHERS branded products. Should you find your product developing a problem within 30 days of purchase.

The HKSLEATHERS products go through a mandatory quality control inspection to maintain the highest International standards. We use high quality fittings, zippers and linings.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

With receipt or proof of purchase, order number and the photos of the product .

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Custom made products cannot be returned or refunded.

Please note that HKSLEATHERS does not cover the cost of shipping returned items

Disclaimer : *(Leather is a natural material and tends to scratch, soften and change colour with age. These do not constitute manufacturing defects but we would be happy to recondition your product for you free of charge within the warranty period)
